To cancel a scheduled session:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the scheduled session with an email Subject Line that reads, “Cancel Session”.
Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will be provided with a credit for a future session. No refunds will be given.
Sessions canceled within the 24-hour period before the start of a scheduled session will be charged $50 for the late cancellation.
